I’ve been battling with my weight ever sinceI stepped in my teens. I never thought it would be possible to lose more than 3 pounds in a month’s time, considering that I was an endomorph. I decided to go against the odds and stuck with a more disciplined routine. There are actually hundreds of ways to stay fit and healthy without needing to starve.
